How did we get your personal data?

We received the above-mentioned personal data from yourself or from public registers such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce or from other open sources.

3. Objectives

We process the personal data for these reasons

We process your personal data only when the law permits us to do so and for the objectives described below.

Contact form or e-mail

You can contact us through our contact form or by sending an e-mail. We then have a legitimate interest in processing the data received from you in this way. We process the content of the e-mail or the message on the contact form, your name and e-mail address with the aim of being able to respond to you. We save this information for a maximum of two years.

Newsletter

We would like to send you our newsletter, because you are a client or because you have subscribed to the newsletter yourself. We therefore process your name and e-mail address to be able to send you information and news. At the end of every newsletter, we offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe. We save your data for this objective until you have unsubscribed.

Fairs and events

Sometimes we attend fairs and events and you can come into contact with us there. If you leave your business card with us, we will use the details on that card to contact you. After all, that’s why you left your card with us. Moreover, we have a legitimate interest. We save your business card until the information on the card is no longer valid or of interest to us.

IP address

4. Transfer

Personal data recipients

We have concluded a Processors’ Agreement with our processors. We oblige the processors we engage to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Transfer to third countries

We do our best to process personal data as much as possible within the EER, but sometimes we cannot avoid outsourcing these services to parties outside the EER. These companies are based in a country designated by the European Commission as adequate.

If they are not located in an adequate country, appropriate measures have been taken or binding company directives established. We typically make use of the EU model clauses. You can request a copy by sending us an e-mail.
