Customer Service employee (32*-40 hours)

 

Job description

As a Customer Service employee you are the tactful, the connecting link between our company and our international customers. Together with your colleagues, in the Sales and Service department, you handle all questions from (potential) customers. You are often the first-line contact for our customers. You are responsible for the management of the customer orders and back office related tasks: From the first quotation to the after sales processing. In this diverse position with many internal and external contacts you are encouraged as a multitasker to think along with the continuous improvement of the overall effectiveness of our organization.

 

What do you bring?

  • You have MBO + working and thinking level; a completed relevant education;
  • You have gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a technical working environment;
  • You have experience with ERP and Microsoft Office;
  • It is important that you can express yourself in English and Dutch. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
