location: Vimercate, Italy
As allround Field Service Engineer you will install, assemble and test all of our products. Projects vary from new constructions or assembly to failure analysis, trouble shooting and problem solving.
You will be the working about 70% of the time on site with our worldwide, but mainly European, customers for installation and service. The remaining time you will work at assembly and testing of our products.With your insight and analytical skills you ensure the best performance for the customer. The customer is central to our service and it is crucial to provide timely and expert solutions.
For this job you are willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time. Worldwide, but mainly in Europe. This will often comprise working outside office hours and during weekends. Even though you will find yourself working alone quite often, as one of the team members you think with and work for the team. You’ll report to the Service Engineer Leader.
